# Adam v25 Implementation Status

This document tracks the implementation progress of the "Strategic Divergence" roadmap outlined in `docs/v25_architectural_blueprint.md`.

## Path B: Inference Lab & High-Frequency Trading (Performance)

### High-Frequency Execution Engine (Nexus-Zero)
*   **Module**: `core/trading/hft/hft_engine_nexus.py`
*   **Status**: ✅ Operational (Prototype)
*   **Paradigm**: Asynchronous Event-Driven (Python `asyncio`)
*   **Optimization**:
    * Zero-Copy Struct Unpacking (Simulated Protocol)
    *   JIT-friendly Math (Scalar operations)
    *   Memory-Efficient Slots
* **Benchmark Results** (Environment: Virtualized CPU):
    *   **Throughput**: ~635,000 ticks/sec
    *   **Latency (Avg)**: ~1.00 µs
    *   **Latency (P99)**: ~1.31 µs
    * **UVLoop**: Supported (Fallback to `asyncio` active)

### Theoretical Model
*   **Algorithm**: Avellaneda-Stoikov (2008)
*   **Inventory Risk**: $\gamma = 0.5$
*   **Volatility**: $\sigma = 3.0$
*   **Reservation Price**: $r(s,q,t) = s - q\gamma\sigma^2(T-t)$

## Path A: Vertical Risk Agent (Reliability)

* **Status**: Pending "Deep Dive" Refactor.
* **Next Steps**: Integrate "Nexus" engine telemetry into the v23.5 Knowledge Graph as a high-frequency data node.

## Architecture Notes
The `hft_engine_nexus.py` demonstrates that Python 3.10+ can achieve sub-millisecond logic latency without dropping to C++, provided object allocation is minimized in the hot path (`on_tick`).
